Hydroclimb was born out of a passion for the world of wakeboarding and a desire to offer innovative products. It seems obvious that the design, the manufacturing and the installation take the best of these two cultures.
Transparency and quality are really deep-rooted values at Hydroclimb. The idea is not to trap you in marketing concepts. We just want to share with you the backstage of your future system.
- What are the steps involved in making a Hydroclimb system?
- What is the average time of such a project?
- Do we have any quality certifications?
We answer these questions in the following article. Methodology, quality, collaboration, the manufacture of a Hydroclimb or Psychobloc will no longer hold any secrets for you!
What is the manufacturing process for a system?
It all starts with the presentation of your needs and the configuration of your park. We strive to create a unique system for each of our customers. Therefore, no manufacturing is started without a validated order.
A member of the team will discuss your needs with you and collect technical information related to your fleet. Following these exchanges, a team of designers will work on the project to propose several customised systems so that you can select your favourite. You will be able to choose the type of installation you want, “Standard” or “Premium”. Once the contract is signed, the team will start production and plan the installation with you.
To do this, we call on our engineers, installers and partners to validate a schedule and ensure the successful completion of your system.
How long does it take to get a Hydroclimb system?
It takes a good 8 to 12 weeks to coordinate production and prepare for installation. Only after this time does the real work begin.
A construction that needs to be carefully planned. Once production has started, it takes about 2 days per tower to complete the system.
Therefore, the official opening of a Hydroclimb system can be done as a rule 2.5 months after the signing of a customer contract. However, depending on the year and the flow of raw materials, the organisation can be adapted.
In order to avoid any stressful situation, we prefer to launch the orders in the low season so that you can open the park with your novelty at the beginning of the high season. We use the quiet of winter to give your park a makeover by installing a new feature that will be a hit with your customers.
Real German quality for your parks
Our systems are made of CE certified materials. In addition, our steel-based manufacturing process is certified according to DIN EN 1090-2 to ensure maximum safety and stability of our system.
It is very important for everyone to comply with this rigorous standard, which not only creates a trustful relationship with you, but also offers you guarantees on the quality of our system.
Does Hydroclimb have any partners?
The core of the system is manufactured in our factories in France and Germany. However, some components are delivered to our buildings by our historical European suppliers, most of whom are also based in these two countries. We strive to build strong relationships with these suppliers to further improve the quality of our products and to continually improve our systems.
